Reseller Pricing

Overview

As a reseller, you buy plans for your client organizations at a discounted rate decided by NICE HMS. You can charge your clients whatever amount you choose — your margin is the difference. NICE HMS issues the GST invoice to you (the reseller) only. Our pricing is fully transparent.

How to Buy a Plan

Go to Reseller → My Organizations.
Click the organization's ID to open the payment page.
On the payment page:

Step	What You Do
Choose Plan	Select from the available plans (Clinic, Hospital, Lab, Enterprise, etc.)
Extra Users	Enter the number of additional users beyond the plan's included limit
Subscription	Choose Monthly or Yearly
NHCX Add-on	Hospital and Lab plans only — choose Yes or No to include NHCX (insurance claims) in the subscription
Calculate	Click to see the total — amount + GST and next renewal date
Buy Now	Pay via Razorpay to complete the purchase

The button says Calculate on first click. After the price is shown, it changes to Buy Now — click again to pay.
After calculation the breakdown shows Implementation Charge, Subscription Charge, any NHCX Add-on, Sub Total, GST, and Total. Below it, if you have a reseller discount, you also see Retail Price, Your Price, and Your Margin.

If you select the Free plan, payment is skipped and the organization is moved to the Free plan immediately.

NHCX (Insurance Claims)

NHCX lets the organization exchange claims and pre-authorizations with payers. It is available on four plans, and how you get it differs:

The NHCX Add-on field appears only when the selected plan is Hospital or Lab. Switching to another plan clears the choice.
The add-on is priced per month and is treated as part of the subscription charge, so GST and your reseller discount both apply to it exactly as they do to the subscription. Your margin calculation takes it into account.
The figure shown in the field is the current year's price — it rises 10% a year with inflation correction. Always quote the amount from the Calculate breakdown rather than a fixed number.

Important: the NHCX choice is only recorded once payment succeeds. An organization that buys NHCX mid-session must sign out and back in before the NHCX screens pick up the new entitlement — the entitlement is read at login.

Pricing Model

Plan rates are set by NICE HMS. Resellers receive a discount off the standard pricing.
You can charge your client organizations any amount — your margin is yours to set.
NICE HMS raises the GST invoice in the reseller's name only.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Plan Limits & Downsizing

Beds are always derived from users at 1 user = 2.5 beds (so 20 users = 50 beds). Below 20 users / 50 beds both a user limit and the bed rule apply; at 20+ users the user limit is lifted but the bed rule still applies.

When you renew an organization at a lower user count, the system checks that the smaller plan is still valid before accepting payment:

An organization already at or above 20 users / 50 beds cannot downsize below that boundary.
A smaller organization (≤ 20 active users) cannot shrink below its current active user count — inactivate unwanted users first.
The new plan must still fit the organization's current in-progress inpatient beds (users × 2.5 + 50% buffer).

FAQ

Q: Can I change a plan mid-cycle? A: Yes. The new plan takes effect from the next billing cycle.

Q: Who gets the GST invoice? A: NICE HMS issues the GST invoice to the reseller. The reseller is responsible for invoicing their own clients.

Q: Can I set custom pricing per organization? A: You choose from the plans available. You can charge your client whatever you want — your margin is the difference between what you charge them and what you pay NICE HMS.

Q: How do I buy a plan for a new organization? A: First create the organization from Create New Organization, then go to My Organizations and click the organization ID to access the payment page.

Q: Is NHCX (insurance claims) included in the plan I buy? A: On Enterprise and LargeEnterprise it is included automatically. On Hospital and Lab it is optional — choose Yes on the NHCX Add-on field while calculating. Clinic and Free cannot use NHCX.

Q: Does my reseller discount apply to the NHCX add-on? A: Yes. The NHCX add-on is billed as part of the subscription charge, so GST and your subscription discount apply to it in the same way, and it is reflected in the margin shown after Calculate.

Q: Does the per-extra-user price differ by plan? A: No. Every paid plan charges the same per-extra-user-per-month rate, which rises 10% a year with inflation correction. The Calculate breakdown shows the exact amount before you pay.

Q: The client bought NHCX but the NHCX screens still look blocked. Why? A: The entitlement is read from the session at login. Have them sign out and back in once, and the NHCX screens will open.
